Behind the Scenes: The Warehouse Pt. Two

Have you ever wondered what the inside one of our many warehouses look like? Well check it out!

We have several different warehouses all over the country that are stocked with products available for purchase. Rows upon rows of shelves line the warehouses with products that will eventually be shipped to another valued customer.

Pictured below is an aisle that is dedicated solely to moulding products. There are shelves that just stock the baseboard options to the very front of the picture. Because of the various lengths offered for moulding products, our warehouse team cuts the products themselves and boxes them to be shipped off.

There are warehouses in Ohio, Georgia, Indiana, Oregon, Texas and California, just to name a few. Each warehouse is staffed with dedicated, knowledgeable team members that strive for excellence. From quality control inspections to cleaning up workstations at the end of the day, the warehouse teams get the job done with pride.

Behind the Scenes: Shipping

Understandably, shipping is not a very fascinating subject, but how do you think the products you order get to you? Are you not just a little bit curious as to what goes on at the warehouse? Or, how the item you purchased is handled before it arrives?

Maybe your curiosity has peaked. That is perfect!

Imagine that you order 27 medium to large  and a couple extra large ceiling medallions. Maybe they are all gifts or maybe they are just for your home; it doesn’t matter. What matters is that you, the customer purchased the items and they are supposed to be packed, shipped and be delivered in a timely, cost-efficient manner. Isn’t that right?

Good news for you the highly valued customer: our warehouse team values each shipment as much as you do yours. They are dedicated to finding solutions to make shipping secure while being cost efficient for the customer. For example, those hypothetical 27 ceiling medallions you recently purchased are on a pallet as opposed to being shipped individually. The best benefit of shipping it that way is that the medallions would be delivered all at once. The next obvious benefit was that it would be cost effective to ship one pallet as opposed to 27 different boxes.

Next time you order a product, you can be confident that our team will ship your products with care and efficiency. It does not matter if you order one small rosette or 27 ceiling medallions, the product is important to us because it is so important to you!

Tuscany Vinea Wrought Iron Corbels

Christy from HouseSold Realty emailed a finished project picture of her newly installed Tuscany Vinea Wrought Iron Corbels. Perfectly matching, the corbels and the clock complement each other in color and style. Christy used these corbels to load the weight of the wood beam shelf along with the miscellaneous items on it. The load bearing capacity of these corbels are the perfect amount for this particular project.

The Tuscany Vinea Corbel is durable and long lasting. When installed correctly, these corbels can support up to 110 lbs of weight! Not only are they functional, they are aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Place the corbels under an extended granite workspace counter, island or shelf area and you will see a dramatic impact on the look and feel of the room. Each corbel is crafted using 0.6 mm metal and given a nice powder coated black finish that makes it such a nice product.
